Welcome to AI Voice Generator (also operating as Voice Labs / Voice Labss – AI Voice Changer). These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement governing your access to our mobile applications, web platform, audio synthesis models, and cloud-powered voice services.
Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms" or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and AppNaya Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), regarding your use of AI Voice Generator / Voice Labs ("Application", "Service", "Platform"), available on iOS (Apple App Store ID: 6761712877), Android (Google Play Package: com.aivoicegenerator, Google Cloud Project ID: project-204887983828), and via our official web portal.
Definitions
The AI Voice Generator mobile app, Voice Labs web interface, APIs, audio synthesis pipelines, and backend cloud infrastructure.
Any individual or entity accessing the Service, including Guest Users, Registered Email users, and Google/Apple OAuth users.
All synthetic speech outputs, transformed voices, and custom sound effect audio files produced by our AI processing systems.
Consumable Credit Packs and Auto-Renewable Pro Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store StoreKit or Google Play Billing.
Digital token balance used to calculate character and duration costs for Text-to-Speech generation.
Active Pro subscription status unlocking unrestricted access to premium AI Voice Changer and AI Sound Effects features.
Eligibility & Account Management

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use this Service. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or legal guardian consent.

We support Email/Password authentication, Google Sign-In (OAuth Project: project-204887983828), Apple Sign-In, and Guest User onboarding. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

Guest Mode allows rapid testing without immediate sign-up. However, guest generation history is stored locally on your device and may be lost upon app re-installation or device switching.
merge_typeAccount Merging
When you sign up or log in from a guest session on the same device, our system automatically merges your guest generation history and remaining credit balance into your permanent cloud account.
Description of Core AI Services
AI Voice Generator provides creators with a comprehensive suite of studio-grade generative audio tools:
Synthesizes natural, emotive human speech across 20+ languages and dozens of customizable voice styles. Consumes character credits or subscription allowances per generation.
Enables users to record or upload audio files to alter vocal timbre and style into distinct character voices. Requires an active auto-renewable Pro subscription.
Generates custom procedural audio, cinematic ambiences, Foley effects, and musical transitions from text prompts. Requires an active Pro subscription.
Cloud-synced generation history, instant in-app playback, audio sharing, and local device downloads saved to the VoiceLabs local folder on your mobile device.
Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Weekly Subscription Plan
Product ID: WEEKLY. Grants full Pro entitlement (voice-labs-pro) for a 7-day recurring cycle. Billed on a weekly basis with automatic renewal.
Monthly Subscription Plan
Product ID: MONTHLY. Best-value auto-renewable tier providing 30 days of continuous Pro access with discounted weekly-equivalent pricing.

Credit Economy & 1-Year Rolling Validity
Free Starter Credits
New users receive 300 Free Credits upon account creation to test Text-to-Speech capabilities. Free credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
Consumable Credit Packs
Users can purchase standalone credit packs (e.g., 12,000, 25,000, or 70,000 Credits) via In-App Purchases strictly for Text-to-Speech generation.
Purchased credits are subject to a rolling 1-year (365 days) expiration period from the exact date of purchase. Our automated backend cron engine cleanses expired credit allocations daily. Credits cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, transferred between accounts, or refunded once consumed.
Cancellations, Refunds & Billing Disputes
Because subscription billing and in-app purchases are executed through merchant app stores, the following cancellation procedures apply:
iOS Cancellation (Apple App Store)
Open iOS Settings → Tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Select AI Voice Generator → Tap "Cancel Subscription". Uninstalling the app does NOT cancel your subscription.
Android Cancellation (Google Play)
Open Google Play Store → Tap Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Select AI Voice Generator → Tap "Cancel Subscription".
User Content & Voice Input Rights
When you record audio through your microphone, upload sound files, or input text prompts ("User Content"), you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have obtained all necessary legal rights, licenses, and explicit permissions for any voice, speech, or audio file you upload.
- You will not upload vocal recordings of any third party without their verifiable prior written consent.
- You grant AppNaya Technologies a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to process, convert, and temporarily store the audio as required to deliver the Service.
Ownership of Generated Audio & Commercial Rights
Your Ownership of Outputs: As between you and AppNaya Technologies, you retain ownership of the audio files generated from your lawful prompts and inputs. Subject to these Terms and active subscription compliance, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, broadcast, monetize, and distribute your generated audio for personal and commercial projects (videos, podcasts, games, advertisements, social media).
Proprietary Technology: All underlying AI models, software code, neural network configurations, UI designs, logos, and trademarks remain the sole intellectual property of AppNaya Technologies and our respective technology licensors.
Acceptable Use Policy & Strict Prohibitions
You strictly agree NOT to use AI Voice Generator or Voice Labs for any of the following prohibited purposes:
Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy results in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and potential legal referral without refund.
Third-Party Services & ElevenLabs Disclaimer
AI Voice Generator integrates advanced speech synthesis infrastructure powered in part by ElevenLabs API services. AppNaya Technologies is an independent application provider and is not affiliated, sponsored, or officially endorsed by ElevenLabs. All trademarks belong to their respective holders.
We also utilize trusted third-party infrastructure providers including Google Cloud / Firebase (Project: project-204887983828) for authentication and crash analytics, RevenueCat for receipt validation, and Cloudinary for temporary media storage.
Device Permissions & System Requirements
To deliver real-time voice recording, profile picture updates, and audio downloads, our mobile app requests explicit OS permissions:

For credit alerts and audio processing updates
Account Termination & GDPR Hard Delete
You maintain the absolute right to terminate your account at any time. We provide two secure methods:
In-App Account Deletion
Navigate to Mobile Settings → Edit Profile → Delete Account. Permanently purges user profiles immediately.
Web Deletion Portal
Access our web deletion portal at /delete-account with magic link email or 6-digit numeric verification PIN confirmation.
* Hard deletion permanently removes your profile, custom voice libraries, generation records, and unconsumed credits. Merchant store subscriptions must be canceled separately in your phone settings.
Warranties & Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATED AUDIO ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Due to the stochastic nature of artificial intelligence, AppNaya Technologies does not guarantee that voice outputs will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate to real-life human voices.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APPNAYA TECHNOLOGIES, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AppNaya Technologies against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of generated audio content.
