- “User”:Refers to any individual accessing or using the Service.
- “Audio Content”:Refers to any recordings, generated voices, or sound effects created using the Service.
3. Description of Services
Voice Labs provides AI-driven audio services including Text-to-Speech (TTS), Voice Changing, Sound Effects generation, Audio Downloading, and Sharing capabilities.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
blockGenerate content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful
blockUse the Service to impersonate individuals without consent
blockCreate audio that incites violence or hatred
blockAttempt to reverse engineer the AI models
blockInfringe upon third-party intellectual property
5. Intellectual Property
Voice Labs owns the AI models, software, and brand. You retain ownership of the specific audio content you generate, subject to these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voice Labs shall not be liable for:
- • Indirect or consequential damages
- • Misuse of generated audio content by the user
- • Technical interruptions or data loss
